Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dee-liteful Gifts.

Returns If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at deelitefulgifts@gmail.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. All original packaging must be returned.
