The Basics

What exactly is Dee-liteful Gifts? We are a New Zealand-owned and operated boutique gifting service. After 20 years in retail, I started this business to create high-quality, hand-curated gift boxes that celebrate resilience and connection. Every box is packed by hand with the goal of bringing a little "Dee-lite" to someone’s day.

Where are you based? We are located in beautiful New Zealand! All our hampers are curated and shipped locally, ensuring your gifts arrive fresh and quickly.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? We know how important timing is for a special occasion. We typically process orders within 24 hours. Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on where your loved one is located.

Do you offer same-day delivery? (Note: Edit this based on your current capability) Currently, we offer same-day delivery for local orders placed before 11:00 AM. For the rest of the country, we use fast-tracked couriers to get your gift there as soon as possible.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. As soon as your gift is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your loved one’s door.


Gifts & Customization

Can I include a personal message? Yes! A gift is always better with a personal touch. You can add your message at checkout, and we will hand-write it on a beautiful card to include inside the box.

What kind of occasions are these gifts for? Everything! While we have a heart for those "going stronger" through tough times, our boxes are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, leaving presents for colleagues, or just a "thinking of you" surprise for a special loved one.

I’m sending a gift for a health warrior—are the items safe? Because I’ve been through my own battle, I am very careful about what goes into our "Resilience" collections. We focus on comfort, gentle scents, and high-quality treats. If you have specific dietary or sensitivity concerns, feel free to reach out!


Orders & Returns

Will my recipient see the price or an invoice? Never. We know these are gifts, so we never include pricing or invoices inside the box. You will receive your receipt via email, but your recipient will only see your gift and your message.

What if something arrives damaged? I take great pride in how these boxes are packed, but I know things can happen during transit. If a gift arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please email me right away with a photo, and I’ll make it right. Your happiness (and theirs) is my top priority.
